科技竞争日趋激烈,其实质是人才的竞争和教育的竞争,而培养学生的创新能力不仅是新课程改革的重要措施,而且是培养人才的不可缺少的途径.随着我市“15/20/10”有效课堂教学模式的全面实施,广大高中数学教师尤其注重培养学生的创新能力,促使学生对自然界和社会中的数学现象产生好奇心,积极投入到自主探究创新之中.在高中数学课堂教学中培养学生的创新能力可从以下三方面着手.一、突显主体地位,培养学生自我创新意识“以学生发展为本”是新课程改革的显著特征.而传统的教学过程中教师采取“满堂灌”的手段,一定程度上阻碍了学生创新思维能力的发展.改变这一现状的关键在于充分发挥学生的主观能
