目的 :应用牙CT检测手段,对颧牙槽峭的宽度进行分析,为临床种植钉植入提供参考。方法 :对21例正畸患者的41颗上颌第一恒磨牙根方的颧牙槽嵴宽度进行测量和分析,应用SPSS16.0软件包进行统计学分析,比较颧牙槽嵴厚度在性别、左右侧、近远中颊根方及牙根长度之间是否存在显著差异。结果:在第一恒磨牙近远中颊根的根方的颧牙槽嵴是一个解剖结构变异较大的骨组织结构,厚度存在较大的个体差异,在性别和左右侧不存在显著差异。随着测量部位向颅方移动,颧牙槽嵴宽度逐渐降低。第一恒磨牙的颊侧根长度存在性别差异,男性牙根较女性长。结论:颧牙槽嵴的宽度存在较大个体差异,在该区域植入正畸种植钉,需进行宽度的测量分析后进行。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the width of zygomatic alveolar ridge by means of CT and to provide a reference for clinical implantation of staples. Methods: The width of the zygomatic ridge of 41 maxillary first permanent molars in 21 cases of orthodontic patients was measured and analyzed. The software SPSS16.0 was used for statistical analysis. The results showed that the thickness of zygomatic alveolar ridge in gender, There was a significant difference between the lateral mesial and proximal meso-buccal root and root length. Results: The zygomatic alveolar ridge at the root of the mesial buccal root of the first permanent molars was a bone tissue with large variation in anatomical structure. There was a large individual difference in thickness with no significant difference in gender and left and right sides. As the measurement site to the cranial movement, zygomatic ridge width gradually decreased. There is a gender difference in the buccal root length of the first permanent molars, and the male root is longer than the female. Conclusion: The width of zygomatic ridge has large individual differences. Implantation of orthodontic implants in this area requires measurement and analysis of width.
