以大豆下胚轴切段为材料,研究了质膜氧化还原系统对其伸长生长的作用,结果表明,NADH氧化酶活性与大豆下胚轴伸长生长相关性极显著(R=0.94,P=0.01),而NADH-Fe(CN)3-6氧化还原酶活性与其相关性不显著。大豆下胚轴伸长生长最快的第一切段,其NADH氧化酶活性最高。第一切段的伸长生长及NADH氧化酶对IAA均有明显的正负反应。IAA促进NADH氧化酶活性。生长延缓剂B9对第一切段的伸长生长及NADH氧化酶活性有抑制作用
The hypocotyl cuttings of soybean were used as materials to study the effect of plasma membrane redox system on its elongation. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between NADH oxidase activity and elongation of soybean hypocotyl (R = 0.94 , P = 0.01), while the activity of NADH-Fe (CN) 3-6 oxidoreductase was not related to it. Soybean hypocotyl elongation of the fastest growing first segment, the NADH oxidase activity of the highest. Elongation growth of the first segment and NADH oxidase had significant positive and negative responses to IAA. IAA promotes NADH oxidase activity. Growth-retarding agent B9 inhibits the elongation and NADH oxidase activity of the first segment
