探究式学习是一种师生互动、共同参与的学习模式,它包括教师“探究式的教”与学生“探究式的学”双向互动的过程。它以师生独立自主学习及合作讨论为前提,在互动中提供自由表达、质疑、探究及讨论问题的机会,让学生通过多种交往性互动,将内化的知识应用于实际问题的一种学习形式。它能培养学生的创新精神,开发智力思维和解决实际问题的能力,对提高中学英语教学效果有重要的理论和现实意义。
Inquiry-based learning is a kind of interactive and participatory learning mode between teachers and students. It includes the two-way interaction between teacher, inquiry teaching and student inquiry-learning. Based on independent study by teachers and students and discussion on cooperation, it provides opportunities for students to freely express, question, explore and discuss issues in their interactions so that students can apply internalized knowledge to practical problems through various interactions form. It can cultivate students’ innovative spirit, develop the ability of mental thinking and solving practical problems, which has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the English teaching in middle school.
