目的 :探讨CT扫描图像后处理技术及临床应用。方法 :将螺旋CT连续扫描的容积数据传送到工作站 ,通过不同的软件可分别建立CT血管造影图像、三维CT图像及仿真内窥镜图像 ,本文收集 45例病例 ,其中胸部 19例、腹部2 6例。其中 40例患者经活检、手术病理证实。结果 :45例患者均经图像后处理 ,处理后的三维图像可任意方向旋转观看及切割 ,使病灶的大小、形态、位置及周围组织的关系皆清晰可见。结论 :图像后处理功能的最大优势在于一次采集容积数据可同时多种方式重建 ,使病灶获得最大程度的展示 ,具有很高的临床应用价值
Objective: To investigate the post-processing techniques and clinical application of CT scan images. Methods: Spiral CT continuous scan volume data was transmitted to workstations. CT angiography images, 3D CT images, and simulated endoscopic images were established by different software. 45 cases were collected, including 19 cases of chest and 2 6 of abdomen. example. Among them, 40 patients were confirmed by biopsy and pathology. Results: All the 45 patients were image post-processed. The processed 3D images could be viewed and cut in any direction. The size, shape, location and relationship between the surrounding tissues were clearly visible. Conclusion: The biggest advantage of image post-processing function is that a single acquisition volume data can be reconstructed in a variety of ways at the same time, so that the lesions can be displayed to the maximum extent, with high clinical application value.
