本文研究了角倍蚜性蚜的胚胎发生和性别决定。性蚜胚胎在其前2代即秋迁蚜的体内就已形成,性母卵巢管内雄蚜产生先于雌性蚜,雄蚜胚胎仅出现于卵巢管内最近基部的1个卵位,但位于该卵位的胚胎也可为雌性蚜;卵巢管第2、3卵位的胚胎均为雌性蚜。本文最后还就环境因子和激素对性蚜产生和性别决定的可能控制作用等问题进行了讨论。
In this paper, the embryogenesis and sex determination of aphid-feeding aphids were studied. Aphid embryos formed in vivo in their first two generations of fall aphids.
