患者男，53岁，食管中段鳞癌放、化疗后3个月，又出现咽梗胸骨疼痛2月余，于1993年1月16日收住我院。查体见患者呈慢性痛苦面容，消瘦。全身浅表淋巴结无肿大，胸骨中段有轻度压痛。食道吞钡示食道中下段粘膜紊乱，长度6cm。CT片：食道中段癌，脾轻度增大，双肺、肝、胆、胰无转移。胸片：右
The patient was male, 53 years old. After 3 months of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for middle squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus, sternal pain of the pharyngeal infarction occurred more than 2 months later. He was admitted to our hospital on January 16, 1993. Examination of the patient showed chronic pain face, weight loss. There was no enlargement of superficial lymph nodes and mild tenderness in the middle of the sternum. Esophageal swallowing showed a disorder of the middle and lower esophageal mucosa with a length of 6 cm.
