1937年由侵占中国东北的日本关东军和伪满政府建立的“株式会社满洲映画协会”(简称“满映”),是日本殖民者对东北人民进行奴化宣传、落实日伪政权的殖民主义“国策”的精神侵略工具,这一点毋庸否认也无法否认。这样一个殖民主义的电影机构里,主要的领导层、管理者和从业者都是日本人,换言之,日本人是“满映”的主体,是丝毫不奇怪的。但是,历史的复杂性在于,这个殖民性的电影机构里任职的日本人,其政治态度和立场、对中国人的态度、对日本发动侵略战争和殖民主义的态度,也是不一样
