JQy-300型激光全息干涉仪是一种利用二次曝光全息差分干涉法测量大尺寸光学玻璃均匀性的仪器。仪器的测量精度为±5×10~(-7)。本仪器结构设计的特点是:采用泡沫橡胶防震垫,使防震结构简单,能隔离8~9赫的震动;采用将样品座放置在工作台的支承点的办法,消除工作台承受大样品时变形所引入的光程差;样品座是将通常应用“点、线、面”的定位机构,改成三维角度微调机构,使加工简单、装调方便,满足精度要求。
