在矿用充填胶凝材料的研究中,以水淬钢渣为主要原料的胶凝材料的研究取得了较大突破,该材料以钢渣和少量石膏及激发剂组成。对其性能测试表明,其主要指标超过了普硅325水泥的要求,其主要缺点是抗风化能力较差,不适于地表工程。为了更客观地作出结论,将新材料在同样条件下和目前充填中常用的普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰水泥、高水固化材料胶凝材料进行了性能比较,并将可精确对比的不同量纲参数和只能模糊性判定的参数经过决策矩阵的规范化得以统一。最后,应用多因素赋权评分法,得到了主客观权重及方案排序,从而进一步确立了新型胶凝材料的比较优势。
In the research of mineral filling cementitious materials, great breakthroughs have been made in the research of cementitious materials with water quenched steel slag as the main raw material, which is composed of steel slag and a small amount of gypsum and activator. Its performance tests show that the main indicators exceed the Pu 325 cement requirements, the main drawback is the poor weather resistance, not suitable for surface engineering. In order to make a more objective conclusion, the new materials were compared under the same conditions with those of ordinary portland cement, fly ash cement and high water-curing cement which are commonly used in filling at present, Dimension parameters and only fuzziness determine the parameters through the normalization of the decision matrix to be unified. Finally, using the multi-factor weighting grading method, subjective and objective weighting and program ranking were obtained, which further established the comparative advantage of the new cementitious materials.
