研究了壳型及铸造工艺对K418C合金凝固过程中显微疏松和合金组织的影响。实验结果表明:浇注温度适当提高时可以得到比较细的晶粒从而提高拉伸性能,使用改进后的壳型可以使冷却速率降低进而使显微疏松形成的倾向性降低,提高试样检测合格率。
The effects of shell and casting process on the microstructure and loose microstructure of K418C alloy during solidification were studied. The experimental results show that when the pouring temperature is properly increased, the fine grains can be obtained and the tensile properties can be improved. The improved shell shape can reduce the cooling rate and thus reduce the tendency of the microscopic looseness to form, and improve the passing rate of the sample test .
