相控阵超声检测技术能够为发动机叶片表面裂纹的检测提供方法。设计并制作了满足检测要求的带有楔块的相控阵超声换能器,该换能器包含阵元和楔块,其中阵元为线阵,个数为32,中心频率为5MHz,阵元宽度为0.3mm,阵元间距为0.1mm;楔块与叶片的表面完全耦合。采用有限元法对相控阵超声换能器和楔块的设计理论进行可行性验证。同时,构建相控阵超声检测系统,对叶片试样进行检测试验,试验结果表明,设计的带楔块的线阵换能器能实现对试样表面裂纹缺陷的检测。
Phased array ultrasonic testing technology for the detection of engine blade surface cracks provide a method. A phased array ultrasonic transducer with a wedge is designed and fabricated to meet the testing requirements. The transducer includes an array element and a wedge, wherein the array element is a linear array with a number of 32 and a center frequency of 5 MHz. The array The element width is 0.3 mm and the element spacing is 0.1 mm; the wedge is completely coupled with the surface of the blade. The feasibility of phased array ultrasonic transducer and wedge design theory is verified by finite element method. At the same time, the phased array ultrasonic testing system was constructed to test the blade samples. The experimental results show that the designed linear array transducer with wedges can detect the crack defects on the sample surface.
