本试验以长×荣杂交猪为研究对象,采用全收粪法研究了日粮中添加不同剂量铜、锌、砷对猪粪中相应微量元素含量的影响,以考察这些添加剂在日粮中使用时对环境的污染。试验结果表明,随着日粮中铜、锌、砷添加量的增加,猪鲜粪中铜、锌、砷含量及每日排泄粪中相应微量元素的含量也增加,高剂量组甚至是成几倍或几十倍的增加,给环境造成了极大的污染。
