在铸坯断面与浸入式水口型式一定的前提下,考虑塞棒吹氩流量、浇注速度、水口浸入深度3因素对结晶器流场的影响。针对IF钢生产,制定了3种FC结晶器工艺参数试验方案,并进行了试验,通过对IF钢板夹杂情况进行了统计分析,摸索出最佳的FC结晶器工艺参数为:浇注铸坯断面为230 mm×1400 mm的IF钢,正常浇注速度为1.35~1.40 m/min,FC结晶器上线圈工作电流为+240 A;下线圈实际工作电流为-274 A。
Under the premise of a certain slab cross-section and submerged nozzle type, the influence of three factors on argon flow rate, pouring speed and depth of nozzle immersion on the mold flow field is considered. According to IF steel production, three kinds of FC mold technological parameter test programs were formulated and tested. The IF steel inclusions were statistically analyzed to find out the best FC mold technological parameters: cast slab section as The IF steel is 230 mm × 1400 mm. The normal casting speed is 1.35 ~ 1.40 m / min, the working current of the coil on the FC mold is +240 A, and the actual working current of the lower coil is -274 A.
