企业对社会责任的履行越来越多地成为社会公众关注的焦点,但是国内很多企业还未意识到企业社会责任的重要性,忽视了其对企业形象、绩效的影响。本文透过利益相关者视角对阿里巴巴履行企业社会责任的研究发现,企业首先应该履行对客户、员工和股东的最基本责任。同时,在责任履行过程中将各个利益相关者有机联系起来,使企业社会责任履行效果更显著,也更有意义。
Enterprises fulfill their social responsibilities more and more become the focus of public attention, but many domestic enterprises have not yet realized the importance of corporate social responsibility, ignoring its impact on corporate image, performance. This study of Alibaba’s CSR performance through stakeholder perspectives found that companies should first fulfill their most basic responsibilities to customers, employees and shareholders. At the same time, all stakeholders are organically linked in the process of responsibility fulfillment so that the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility is more significant and meaningful.
