采用钢面热台座生产大楼板是一种新型养护设施,为了设计准确,深入认识钢面热台座的工艺特征及生产使用的可靠性,我们对钢面热台座进行了模拟试验。模拟试验的钢面热台座的构造如图1所示:钢板厚为10毫米,支承在24个混凝土小肋上,钢板周边焊上60毫米×60毫米角钢,角钢直接放入水封槽内,在两短方向各有两根1英寸的蒸汽管,上安3/4英寸的喷嘴各七个,向台座膜腔喷蒸汽,在台座膜腔内有冷凝水排水管及排水阀。这次试验的主要内容是:1.测定钢面热台座在养护混凝土制品的过程中制品内部温度的变化情况,摸索制品的养护制度;
The use of steel surface hot pedestal to produce the building panel is a new type of maintenance facilities. In order to design accurately and deeply understand the technical features of the steel surface hot pedestal and the reliability of production and use, we simulated the steel surface hot pedestal. The structure of the steel surface hot pedestal in the simulation test is shown in Fig. 1. The steel plate is 10 mm thick and supported on 24 small concrete ribs. 60 mm × 60 mm angle steel is welded around the steel plate. The angle steel is directly placed in the water sealing groove. There are two 1 inch steam tubes in each of the two short directions. Each of the three 3/4 inch nozzles on the safety chamber injects steam into the pedestal membrane chamber. There are condensate drains and drain valves in the pedestal membrane chamber. The main contents of this experiment are: 1. Measure the change of the internal temperature of the steel surface hot pedestal in the process of curing the concrete product, and explore the product maintenance system;
