目的:了解高中毕业班学生考试焦虑的发生率及相关状况,加强相应的指导及预防。方法:选取包头市某普通高中732名毕业班学生,采用统一指导、集体测验方式进行《考试焦虑测验》问卷调查,资料应用SPSS11.0统计软件处理。结果:中度以上考试焦虑检出率为17.8%,正常状态为82.2%。量表得分女生和男生之间、文科生和理科生之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),并且焦虑水平与睡眠时间、父母工作、家庭月收入和期望大学等情况有关。结论:部分学生考试焦虑程度较高,焦虑水平女生高于男生,文科生高于理科生,应予以重视,加强对女生、文科学生的考试焦虑辅导。
Objective: To understand the incidence of high school graduates’ test anxiety and related conditions, and to strengthen the corresponding guidance and prevention. Methods: A total of 732 graduating students from an ordinary high school in Baotou City were enrolled in this study. The questionnaires of “Test Anxiety Test” were conducted by using unified guidance and collective test. The data were processed by SPSS11.0 statistical software. Results: The detection rate of moderate anxiety test was 17.8% and the normal state was 82.2%. There was significant difference between the scores of female students and male students, liberal arts students and science students (P <0.01), and the anxiety level was related to sleep time, parental work, family monthly income and college expected. Conclusion: Some of the students have a higher level of anxiety in examinations. The level of anxiety students is higher than that of boys, and the level of liberal arts students is higher than that of science students. Therefore, some students should pay more attention to examinations and anxiety counseling.
