我们今天所讲的是作为一个网络,怎样进行人力资源的管理。这不是一个人能完成的,而是靠大家一起完成的,要从人之间的关系转化到人之间的管理。如果不接受这门科学,人将落后于这个时代,接受这门科学的人,就会向未来进军。 知识是有效行为和协调合作的结晶:同时语言是行为的有机结合,社会知识是群体有效行为的协调与合作,学习的产生只能来自于我们对自己行为的反思:群体学习只能来自于群体
What we are talking about today is how to manage human resources as a network. This is not accomplished by one person, but by everyone. It must be transformed from the relationship between people to the management of people. If you do not accept this science, people will lag behind in this era, and those who accept this science will enter the future. Knowledge is the crystallization of effective behavior and coordination and cooperation: At the same time, language is the organic combination of behavior. Social knowledge is the coordination and cooperation of effective behavior of the group. Learning can only come from our reflection on our own behavior: group learning can only come from the group.
