  All of us want to be heard, but are we listening when other people are speaking? Doing it well n 1 lots of practice. Here are some useful tips.
  First, give them your full attention. Put down your pen. Turn off your cell phone. Show them you are i 2 in listening to them.
  Second, use body language. Meet t 3 eyes. Nod, smile and say “Mm hum.”, “Yeah!”, “I see.”, or “Really?” to show that you are listening.
  T 4 , let them talk. Say things like ‘That’s really interesting.” or “I’d like to hear more.” Don’t finish their sentences for them. Don’t change the s 5 to talk about yourself, either.   The other day, my friends and I got to talking about the rules that we have in school.
  At our school, we have to w 1 uniforms every day. The problem is that all my classmates think the uniforms a 2 ugly.
