Ladies and gentlemen, experts, delegates, teachers from all over: Hello! Today, I am honored to attend the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the founding of the National Institute of Chinese Language Teaching and Learning. First of all, on behalf of the Chinese Language Education Research Association of Hong Kong Primary School, I hereby extend my warmest congratulation to the General Assembly.
