最近,我们接到不少读者来信,反映农村小学十分缺乏体育活动参考资料,特别是耕读小学,连广播体操图解和游戏教材都没有,影响学校体育活动的开展。为了解决这个问题,今后,我们准备陆续刊登一些这方面的材料,供大家参考或选用;当然,主要的解决办法,是发挥广大师生的创造性,大家动脑动手,因陋就简,因地制宜地创造出生动活泼、丰富多彩的活动内容,我们十分希望大家踊跃来稿。本期,我们转载了国家体委一九六三年公布的第四套少年广播体操图解(图形原为照相,经我们改画)。这套操是根据少年儿童的生理、心理特征和身体全面发展的原则编制的。它的主要特点是:锻炼身体的部位比较全面;动作优美;整套操的运动量由小到大,循序渐进。做的时候,除了要按照图解要求做到姿势正确、快慢恰当外,还要注意呼吸均匀,使与动作协调一致,不要忽快老慢,更不要并着气做操。
