1986年1~9月,江苏阜宁县陈良供销社经营情况普遍不好,生产资料、生活资料、农副产品经理部和四个供销站都相继发生亏损,干部职工的工资拿不足,奖金更谈不上。但是,这个供销社的批发部和生活资料零售门市部不但未发生亏损,而完成商品纯销售70万元,盈利1.7万元,提前3个月跨入1987年,9月份每人除拿足当月工资外,还可得当月奖金60元。为什么其他核算单位都亏损,唯独这两个单位有盈余呢?笔者为此专门采访了批发部经理高维善同志。高维善同志说:我们批发部外加一个生活资料零售门市一共9个人,平时大家很团结,心往一处想,劲往一处使。在当前激烈的市场竞争中,为了赢得主动权,我们从七个方面加强了批发部和零售
