Objective: To investigate the safety and effectiveness of simultaneous vas deferens and varicocele ligation under microscopy. Methods: A 39-year-old patient underwent vasectomy due to family planning policy. Patients with bilateral varicocele (grade II on the right and grade I on the left), and discomfort of the right scrotum bulged. Vas deferens were also administered under microscopy Varicocele ligation. Results: There was no scrotal discomfort in patients at 1, 3, and 6 months after operation. No palpable signs of scrotal recurrence and no testicular atrophy were observed on palpation and scrotal ultrasound with edema of the scrotum and its contents. 3 months Auxiliary examination No sperm in the semen. Conclusion: Both vasectomy and varicocelectomy under the microscopy technique can not only protect the lymphatic and testicular arteries, but also ensure the integrity of the vas deferens vasculature and ensure adequate venous return of the testes, which is safe and effective.
