我厂繼八月扫盲原子爆炸成功之后,十月份又进行了高小語文、算术速成教学試驗,使13名剛“爆炸”脫盲的学員的語、算两科达到了高小水平。破除了“速則不成”,“过速难成”的迷信,为今后中学速成突击准备了条件。一、充分研究学員特点,了解学員需要,明确教育任务根据扫盲爆炸的情况,及以往教学的經驗,我們认为学員在学習語文方面,有这样一些特点:認字容易,写字难,掌握字形差,缺乏書面表达能力,对写作有些神秘感。在算术方面,心算容易,笔算难,
