为了研究轴类零件激光淬火工艺校直的可行性,以及不同工艺条件下校直的效果,设计了轴类零件激光淬火校直试验。采用CO2激光器对阶梯轴不同位置进行激光淬火,通过改变淬火面积、轴径大小、激光功率、扫描次数等工艺参数,定性分析不同加工工艺对轴类零件校直效果的影响。结果表明,轴类零件采用激光淬火的方法能够校直,弯曲轴最大可校回量为0.1 mm,工艺参数中淬火面积和轴径大小对校直效果影响很大。
In order to study the feasibility of straightening the laser quenching of shaft parts and the effect of straightening under different process conditions, a laser quenching straightening test of the shaft parts was designed. CO2 laser was used to laser quench the different positions of the stepped shaft. The influence of different processing technologies on the straightening effect of the shaft parts was qualitatively analyzed by changing the parameters of quenching area, shaft diameter, laser power and scanning times. The results show that the shaft parts can be straightened by laser quenching. The maximum recoverable amount of the bending axis is 0.1 mm. The quenching area and the diameter of the shaft in the process parameters have a great influence on the straightening effect.
