许多专业舞者在很年轻的时候就开始遭受膝盖、腰部运动伤害的折磨,这与不正确的基础运动姿势有很大关系。所谓姿势(posture)就是身体保持垂直状态。男伴的正确姿势是“十字结构”:脊椎垂直于地板,尾骨下垂,尾骨到颈椎形成一条拉长的直线,这是纵轴;横轴则是从左肘到右肘向外扩张。女伴的正确姿势:脊椎保持垂直的基础上,胸腰向左侧延展。(如右图)姿态(poise)
Many professional dancers begin to suffer from knee and waist injuries at a very young age, which is related to improper base movement. The so-called posture (posture) is the body to maintain the vertical state. Male partner’s correct posture is “cross structure ”: the spine perpendicular to the floor, coccyx drooping, coccyx to the cervical spine to form a straight line, which is the vertical axis; horizontal axis is from the left elbow to the right elbow outward expansion.
