本文是继2002年第12期“开放式、个性化教育专辑”中《对日本开放式教育启蒙者加藤幸次的专访》的续篇,上篇通过采访加藤幸次(以下简称为“加藤”)主要了解了日本传统学校的状况,课堂上师生的关系,开放式教育的发展历程及开放式学校有哪些优势。本篇主要内容是介绍日本实施开放式学校教育后对“双基”是怎样认识的,学校和社区居民是怎样联系的以及对学生个性化教育应采取什么样的考试评价方式。希望教师从中能更深入地了解日本开放式学校的教育。
This article is the sequel to “An Interview with Japanese Open Education Enlightener Kato Yuki” in “Open and Personalized Education Album”, 2002, the first part mainly through interviewing Kato Yuki (hereinafter referred to as Kato) The status of Japanese traditional schools, the relationship between teachers and students in class, the development of open education and the advantages of open schools. The main content of this chapter is about how to understand the “double basics” after the implementation of open school education in Japan, how the school and community residents are related, and what kind of test evaluation should be taken on individualized education for students. I hope teachers will have a better understanding of the education in open schools in Japan.
