在语言学习过程中,听是吸收和巩固语言知识的重要手段。听力是语言输入的重要途径之一,也是学生感知语言和学习语言的重要途径之一,它既是语言学习的手段,也是语言学习的目的。根据美国外语教学法专家Rivers和Temperly(1978)的统计,“听”在人类交际活动中所占比例为45%,“说”占30%,“读”占16%,“写”占9%。他们认为学习者学会说英语的前提首先是听。怎样使学习者积极主动地听英语并享受到其中的乐趣,同时也能帮助听、说能力较弱的学习者提高实际的水平并增强自信,从而到达听说读写的均衡发展,为今后的进一步学习和发展打好坚实的基础,就成为了我们想要解决的问题,即:教学中如何培养EFL学习者的听力策略,提高其英语的兴趣和能力?笔者提出了以下几种策略。
