在“三集五大”体制改革的新形势下,供电企业要以市场为导向、以客户为中心,不断创新营销方式,优化业务流程、丰富客户服务手段,构建专业化、精益化、差异化的营销服务模式,从而提升供电服务质量,为全面推进大营销体系建设奠定坚实基础。基于此点,本文从介绍“三集五大”的重要意义入手,对新形势下供电企业营销策略及途径进行分析。
Under the new situation of “three sets and five big” system reforms, the power supply enterprises should be market-oriented, customer-focused, innovate their marketing methods, optimize business processes, enrich customer service means, and build specialized, lean and differentiated Marketing services model, so as to enhance the quality of power supply services for the full promotion of a large marketing system and lay a solid foundation. Based on this point, this article starts with the introduction of the important meaning of “Three Big Five”, and analyzes the marketing strategies and approaches of power supply enterprises in the new situation.
