文章对当前河南省信阳市农村卫生人力资源的现状进行了分析,指出信阳市农村卫生人力资源存在的主要问题是数量不足、医疗素质不高、结构不合理、人才流失严重等,其成因主要是人才流失严重、培训机制不健全、卫生资源配置不合理、经费来源不稳定。建议建立稳定的政府投入机制、深化干部人事制度的改革、促进卫生人力资源合理流动、深化分配制度改革、改革和调整医学教育模式,加强实用型人才的培养等。
The article analyzes the current situation of rural human resources in Xinyang City, Henan Province, and points out that the main problems existing in rural human resources in Xinyang City are lack of quantity, low medical quality, unreasonable structure and serious loss of human resources. The main causes are Serious brain drain, inadequate training mechanism, unreasonable allocation of health resources and unstable sources of funding. It is suggested to establish a stable government investment mechanism, deepen the reform of the cadre and personnel system, promote the rational flow of health human resources, deepen the reform of the distribution system, reform and adjust the medical education model, and strengthen the training of practical talents.
