多年来,采用传统的钻眼、爆破和装岩顺序的普通凿井法是一种费钱、费时和强体力劳动的凿井方法,对施工人员的身体健康和人身安全有一定的威胁。所以,现在需要一种凿井速度高和建井费用低的方法,以利经济开采。美国矿业局已同美国水泥注浆公司签订了合同,进行采用冲击镐开凿竖井施工方案的技术和经济可行性的论证,研究各种施工方案和详细的设计,试制一套样机装置,并在井下进行试验。这种施工方法的目的是使凿井速度提高25%,凿井成本降低25%。现已提出四种适用于标准类型井筒的凿井方案,即采用导孔排矸和吊桶排矸的两种矩形井筒和两种圆形井筒。
Over the years, the conventional drilling method using the traditional drilling, blasting and rock loading sequence is a costly, time-consuming and labor-intensive sinking method, which poses a threat to the health and safety of construction workers.
