High-speed ADCs typically require very strict limits on the input voltage. Input clamps are used at this time. The input clamps require precision, small temperature drift and high speed to meet the requirements of up to 50MHz. The application circuit shown in the following figure clamps the forward voltage at 1.25V, 10mV and can recover from a clamped state within 1ns and can easily be transformed into a negative
