自1983年以来作者研究了酶介坛紫菜(P.haitanensis)成单细胞与原生质体的方法并培养成正常幼苗。室内幼苗可生长到5—6cm,在直径3cm的培养皿底部密者可出苗240余棵,可达到生产上的密度要求。分离的细胞在3天到1周内可以长出假根,快者三周可肉眼见苗,一般需一个月普遍见苗。如改善培养条件,见苗时间还可缩短。从这种可以长成幼苗、而且见苗比较快的结果来看,对今后生产上加以利用估计是可行的。本文还对不同时期种藻的出苗量以及具有单孢子的铁钉紫菜细胞培养进行了比较研究。
Since 1983, the author has studied the method of enzyme mediated P.haitanensis into single cells and protoplasts and cultivated them into normal seedlings. Indoor seedlings can grow to 5-6cm, 3cm in diameter at the bottom of petri dishes can be sprinkled more than 240 trees, to meet the production density requirements. Separation of cells in 3 days to 1 week can grow a rhizoid, fast three weeks to see the naked eye seedlings, generally need to see the general one month seedlings. Such as improving the culture conditions, see seedling time can be shortened. From this can grow into seedlings, but also see the results of relatively fast seedlings point of view, to make use of future production is estimated to be feasible. In this paper, we also carried out a comparative study on the seedling emergence rate of algae in different periods and cell culture of Nostoc sphaeroides with single spore.
