通过测定日本Daicel公司出售的Chiralcel-OJ柱的Van-Deemter曲线可知Chiralcel-OJ柱的Van-Deemter曲线与一般的手性柱的Van-Deemter曲线不同,曲线不仅出现了最低点而且出现了最高点.用该Chiralcel-OJ柱拆分三对对映体并讨论了流速与流动相配比对分离度的影响.实验结果表明,随着流速的增加,分离度减小;随着流动相改性剂量的增加,分离度增加
By measuring the Van-Deemter curve of the Chiralcel-OJ column sold by Daicel Japan, the Van-Deemter curve of the Chiralcel-OJ column is different from the Van-Deemter curve of a typical chiral column. The curve shows not only the lowest point but also the highest point . The three enantiomers were resolved using this Chiralcel-OJ column and the effect of flow rate to mobile phase ratio on resolution was discussed. The experimental results show that with the increase of the flow rate, the resolution decreases. With the increase of the modifier dosage, the resolution increases
