老年直肠癌占大肠癌总数的１０%～１７%。我们１９８７年～１９９９年共行老年直肠癌切除术１８３例,其中有复发或残留４７例,接受再手术２８例,占同期施行老年直肠癌切除术的１５．３０%（２８／１８３）。本文对直肠癌患者再次手术的适应症和手术方式进行探讨,现报道如下。１ Elderly rectal cancer accounts for 10% to 17% of the total number of colorectal cancers. From 1987 to 1999, we performed 183 cases of rectal cancer resection, of which 47 cases had recurrence or residual, and 28 cases received reoperation, which accounted for 15.30% (28/183) of rectal cancer resections performed at the same time. This article discusses the indications and surgical methods for rectal cancer patients undergoing reoperation and is reported below. 1
