利用硬粒小麦-簇毛麦双二倍体作为将簇毛麦种质导入普通小麦的桥梁亲本,进行了双二倍体与普通小麦的杂交。以双二倍体作父本时,平均结实率可达26.32%,而其反交结实率仅1.49%。F_1对白粉病免疫,自交高度不育,但与普通小麦回交平均结实率高达25.09%。MI染色体构型主要是14Ⅱ+14Ⅰ,平均值为14.35Ⅰ+13.75Ⅱ+0.05Ⅲ,其构型的组成为(13.59D.V+0.76AA.BB)Ⅰ+(0.20D.V+13.55AA.BB)Ⅱ+0.05Ⅲ。减数分裂构型分析还得出,D组与V组部分同源染色体配对频率仅为2.96%,说明D、V两染色体组间亲缘关系很远。
Using durum wheat-cluster-wool diploid as the bridge parent to introduce cluster germplasm into common wheat, the diploid diploid and common wheat were crossed. When doubles were used as male parent, the average seed-setting rate could reach 26.32%, while the rate of anti-seed setting was only 1.49%. F_1 was resistant to powdery mildew and was self-pollinated. However, the average seed setting rate of backcrossing with common wheat was as high as 25.09%. MI chromosome configuration is mainly 14 Ⅱ +14 Ⅰ, with an average of 14.35 Ⅰ + 13.75 Ⅱ +0.05 Ⅲ, the configuration of which is (13.59D.V + 0.76AA.BB) Ⅰ + (0.20D.V + 13.55AA. BB) Ⅱ + 0.05 Ⅲ. Mesenteric configuration analysis also found that D and V group part of the homologous chromosome pairing frequency was only 2.96%, indicating D, V chromosome between the two groups is very far.
