Blackburn Electronics’s “BIE 2116” Transistor Five-Digitally-Operated Digital Voltmeter Enables Absolute Precision Voltage Measurement of DC Voltages in Both Micropower and Volts. This article will introduce the structure and function of this instrument. The instrument in the structure to ensure that no special test equipment can be used, but can be easily and quickly check. The amplifier has a high input impedance and low noise at work. The article also discusses the techniques used for analog-to-digital conversion and the issues addressed in different systems. An analysis of the source of the total error was made and the accuracy of the absolute measurement of this instrument was demonstrated.
