先后采用籼、粳稻各种穗型品种共45个材料进行4季试验,研究穗及茎秆维管束数的变化规律及其与大穗形成的关系。1.无论籼稻、粳稻,穗颈节间大维管束数与第一次枝梗数、每穗颖花数呈正相关。用10个粳稻品种进行分析,穗颈节间大维管束数与第一次枝梗数、颖花数的相关系数分别为0.8652、0.8671,二十个籼稻品种为0.7235、0.7575。用二十个品种单独分析,每一品种穗颈节间大维管束数与第一次枝梗数、颖花数均呈正相关。2.籼稻与粳稻,其穗颈节间大维管束数与第一次枝梗数的比值显著不同。粳稻品种的比值,其变动范围为1.02-1.19,籼稻的为1.64-2.27。3.粳稻多数第一次枝梗中有一个大维管束,少数一次枝梗中有两个大维管束,而籼稻少数一次枝梗中有一个大维管束,多数有两个或三个大维管束。4.稻地上部各伸长节间大维管束数以穗颈节间最少,第二节间(自上往下数) 最多,以下各节间大维管束数依次减少。
A total of 45 materials from a variety of indica and japonica varieties were used for 4 seasons to investigate the variation of vascular bundle number of spike and culm and their relationship with the formation of large ears. 1. Regardless of indica rice, japonica rice, panicle neck large vascular bundles and the number of the first branch, spikelets per panicle was positively correlated. With 10 japonica cultivars, the correlation coefficient between the number of big vascular bundles and the number of first branch and spikelets were 0.8652,0.8671 and 0.7235,0.7575 for twenty indica rice varieties respectively. With 20 varieties analyzed separately, the number of big vascular bundles in each section of panicle neck and neck was positively correlated with the number of first branch and spikelets. In indica rice and japonica rice, the ratio of the number of big vascular bundles to the number of the first branch stalk was significantly different between the indica rice and japonica rice. The ratio of japonica rice varied from 1.02 to 1.19 for indica rice and from 1.64 to 2.27.3 for indica rice. The majority of japonica rice had one large vascular bundle in most of the first stems and two large vascular bundles in the few primary branches, while indica rice A few branches in a large vascular bundle, most have two or three large vascular bundles. The number of large vascular bundles in the internodes in the upper part of rice paddy was the least among panicle neck and neck, the second internode (from top to bottom) was the most, and the number of large vascular bundles in the following internodes decreased in turn.
