本文阐述一种估算我国北方地区住宅建筑采暖能耗的方法——变基准温度的度日法。基于这种方法我们编制了计算机程序。它的优点是比较简便、可以使用做机计算并具有一定的精确性。以北京地区砖混结构多层住宅建筑为倒进行了采暖能耗计算,计算值与这二年实测值比较一致。最后讨论了一些节能措施,在分析了目前采暖系统存在的主要问题后,提出了提高采暖系统运行和控制水平的措施,并且估算了各种节能措施的效益。
This article describes a method for estimating heating energy consumption of residential buildings in northern China—the method of changing reference temperature. Based on this method we have compiled a computer program. Its advantage is that it is relatively simple, it can be used for machine calculation and has a certain degree of accuracy. The heating energy consumption of the multi-storey residential building with brick-concrete structure in Beijing area was calculated. The calculated values are in good agreement with the measured values in the two years. Finally, some energy-saving measures were discussed. After analyzing the main problems in the current heating system, measures were put forward to improve the operation and control level of the heating system, and the benefits of various energy-saving measures were estimated.
