目的建立不同医院、不同科室之间消毒效果评价体系。方法采用模糊数学综合评价法[1]。结果手术室消毒效果最好;病房次之;门诊最差。结论医疗机构既是疾病诊断场所,同时又是引发疾病交差感染的高危场所。为做好医疗机构日常消毒监管同时对各级医疗机构消毒质量进行较实际地评价,本文采用模糊综合评价法能够客观地反映同一地区不同医院和同一医院不同科室的消毒质量。本文按照《医院消毒卫生标准》和《消毒技术规范》对蓬莱市21所医院(8个手术室、21个病房治疗室、及21个门诊治疗室)的固体表面、空气中的菌落总数、医护人员的手、消毒液中的菌落总数和紫外线灯的辐射强度进行监督监测,并取得监测数据以此对其消毒效果进行整体评价。
