本文基于弹性变形模型计算了准稳态“T”形法中热线与待测线间接触面的几何尺寸。在椭球坐标系下,建立了交叉圆柱间接触热阻的理论计算模型。利用准稳态实验系统,在100~300K温度范围内测量了交叉圆柱间干节点的接触热阻。结果表明,如果考虑热线弯曲变形的影响,理论预测得到的接触热阻与实验值吻合较好,且均随温度升高而减小。
Based on the elastic deformation model, the geometrical dimensions of the contact surface between the hot line and the test line in the quasi-stationary “T ” shape method are calculated. In the ellipsoidal coordinate system, the theoretical calculation model of the contact thermal resistance between crossed cylinders is established. The quasi-steady-state experimental system was used to measure the contact resistance of dry joints between crossed cylinders in the temperature range of 100 ~ 300K. The results show that if the hot wire bending deformation is taken into account, the theoretically predicted contact thermal resistance agrees well with the experimental data, and both decrease with increasing temperature.
