少数民族学生高考招生特殊政策是党和国家加快民族教育发展的重要措施之一,该政策持续稳定的实施,成为国家保障少数民族学生享有接受教育的基本权利,实现民族平等、社会稳定、教育公平以及民族教育事业跨越式发展的重要途径。但是,近年来,在高校招生中,少数民族学生享受降分优惠政策也引发了一些关于社会公平与公正的争论。本文试图从教育政策价值分析的角度对我国现行少数民族学生高考降分政策进行分析。
