气动比例积分(PI)调节器是纺织、化工等生产过程自动化中应用广泛的一种调节仪表。它的静差对仪表本身的精度影响很大。本文就国产QDZ-Ⅰ、Ⅱ型PI调节器推导出统一表达的静差方程,结合仪表制造厂习用的表示静差的三项技术指标,即横向偏差、直向偏差和仪表常数,进行理论分析;说明这些技术指标是静差方程在特定条件下的具体表达方式。它用于制造厂整定和鉴定这类仪表的性能是符合理论分析,适合生产需要和行之有效的。
Pneumatic proportional integral (PI) regulator is a kind of adjustment instrument widely used in textile, chemical and other production process automation.
