现行的“中小企业划分标准”已经不能适应我国的经济发展需求,国家有关部门正在研究制定新的中小企业划分标准。这是国家经贸委中小企业司司长卫东在日前举行的第八届APEC中小企业部长会议新闻发布会上披露的。 卫东称,目前我国中小企业划分标准执行的是1988年由国家经贸委牵头六部委联合制定的现行企业划分标准,带有很强的计划经济色彩。该标准依据企业的生产规模,把企业划分为大、中、小、特大型四类企业,产品单一的,如钢铁、煤矿等企业,则按照生产能力划分。现行标准主要覆盖了工业企业,已无法适应我国经济发展需要。国家经贸
The current “standard for the division of SMEs” can no longer meet the needs of China’s economic development. The relevant state departments are studying and formulating new standards for the division of SMEs. This is disclosed by Wei Dong, director of the SME Department of the State Economic and Trade Commission, at a press conference recently held by the Eighth APEC SME Ministerial Meeting. Weidong said that at present, China’s SME standard is implemented in 1988 by the State Economic and Trade Commission led by the six ministries jointly developed the current corporate division criteria, with a strong color of the planned economy.
