目的探讨磁性活性炭粉对中药制剂西瓜霜喷剂治疗口腔溃疡增效的作用。方法先用限制饮食及过度疲劳法饲养小鼠5 d,再用苯酚灼烧小鼠舌面,制作口腔溃疡模型,并将造模后的小鼠随机分为实验组和对照组各18只,实验组用磁性活性炭加西瓜霜治疗,对照组用西瓜霜治疗,敷药2次/d,每日敷药前记录前一日治疗情况(溃疡面积、拍摄溃疡照片),直至溃疡愈合,统计实验结果数据。计量资料比较采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果造模后两组小鼠舌面均形成典型的溃疡,表面发红,周围有红晕和水肿,中心区黏膜已破溃凹陷且触之易出血,每只小鼠的溃疡面积为8~10 mm~2。除溃疡区舌体黏膜外,其余舌体黏膜失去健康舌体黏膜的光泽,纹理明显,颜色发白,经过1 d的治疗后,两组小鼠溃疡表面均出现假膜,但实验组小鼠溃疡表面的假膜比对照组薄,易脱落,有部分已经开始脱落,未脱落的假膜可揭起,假膜与组织易分离,膜下组织颜色较暗,与正常舌体黏膜颜色较接近但不如正常黏膜湿润有光泽,触之不易出血,而对照组则假膜较厚,颜色发白,且还未脱落亦不能揭起,若强行揭起,膜与组织仍粘连,膜下组织脆弱,颜色鲜红,触之易出血。实验组小鼠平均愈合速度为(3.37±0.94)mm~2/d,显著快于对照组的(2.52±1.04)mm~2/d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁性活性炭粉对西瓜霜喷剂治疗小鼠口腔溃疡有增效作用。

The average healing rate of the experimental group was (3.37 ± 0.94) mm2 / d, which was significantly faster than that of the control group (2.52 ± 1.04) mm2 / d.
