应用酶联免疫吸附分析法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）检测胸液抗人型结核菌ＰＰＤ抗体ＩｇＧ水平，对结核性胸膜炎诊断的灵敏性８９．０％，特异性９１．５％。提示此法可为与恶性胸腔积液鉴别诊断的一种辅助检查。
The IgG level of anti-human Mycobacterium tuberculosis PPD antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy were 89.0% and 91.5% respectively.
