目的探索登阶运动在改善肥胖男大学生身心健康方面的作用,为肥胖男大学生改善身心健康状况提供参考。方法随机抽取南通大学单纯性肥胖男大学生60名,分为实验组和对照组。实验组进行登阶运动锻炼;对照组只进行日常体力活动,不参加任何体育锻炼。结果 16周后实验组在体格发育、生理功能、运动能力和心理健康方面的测试结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论登阶运动对改善肥胖男大学生的体格发育、生理功能、运动能力和心理健康水平效果非常显著。
Objective To explore the role of ascension exercise in improving the physical and mental health of obese male college students and to provide reference for the improvement of physical and mental health of obese male college students. Methods Sixty simple male obese male students from Nantong University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group carried out the step-up exercise; the control group only carried out the daily physical activity, did not participate in any physical exercise. Results After 16 weeks, the test results of the experimental group in physical development, physiological function, exercise ability and mental health were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusions Climbing exercise is very effective in improving obesity male college students’ physical development, physiological function, exercise ability and mental health.
