绪言 液压支架液压系统的性能、人行道及通风断面,在薄煤层工作面显得特别重要。生产中一般采用具有较大调高范围的双伸缩支架来适应煤层厚度的变化。但双伸缩支架,使用的阀件就比单伸缩多,阀件在支架上固定要占较多空间,这带来减小通风断面的问题;同时在薄煤层工作面,人无法直立,行走困难,能见度低,不但要有一定的人行道,而且还要求液压系统性能优良,简单可靠,极大限度地降低维修量,减少维修人员在工作面的往返次数。另外,对高瓦斯煤层,除使用其它方法处理瓦斯外,作为支架本身,如何增大通风断面就是一项有待研究的课题。然而支架的高度及控顶距,是由煤层赋存等客观条件所限定,不能随意加大尺寸。
