近几年,我国一直在进行基础教育课程改革,其中的一个重要方面是课堂教学的有效性研究。课堂教学包括教师和学生两个主体,他们交往互动,相互影响,教师有控制教学进度和提高学生学习效率的责任,而学生的全面发展、参与热情又决定着教师的教学行为。主要采取文献分析法和行动研究法,以原州区第十小学为调研对象,阐述小学数学教学的概念和特点,并分析当前我国小学数学教学中存在的问题,从组织教学、老师、学生、教学方面落实策略研究,从而实现落实教学目标、实现学生发展的目的。
