连续使用全口义齿时,其颌骨肌肉活动的肌电图研究尚无报告。本文对戴用即刻全口义齿的病人进行了连续肌电图和X线头测量研究,目的是报导在戴用即刻全口义齿前后以及戴后一年,在牙咬紧,轻咬牙和自然位置时颌骨肌肉的活动。研究对象共18名,8名女性,10名男性,年龄为24—69岁。无下颌机能障碍史,也没有诊断出任何可以影响咀嚼肌系统肌肉的疾病。第一次记录前,多数病人的磨牙和第二前磨牙都已拔除,有些病人第一双尖牙也缺失。按标准技术为病人制作即刻全口义齿,用于义齿的后牙为零度牙尖,31毫米塑胶牙,排成无补偿曲线的平面和无前伸平衡
There is no report on the electromyographic study of maxillary muscle activity with continuous denture. In this paper, continuous electromyography and X-ray studies were performed on patients with immediate total denture with the aim of reporting that before, after, and one year after wearing immediate total denture, when the teeth were biting tight, biting their teeth and natural places Jaw muscle activity. A total of 18 subjects, 8 women, 10 men, aged 24-69 years old. No history of mandibular dysfunction, nor any disease that can affect the muscles of the masticatory system.
